I set up Ultraviolet Marketing in 2015 after seven years within a corporate environment. Having managed the commercial communications of its sale to another large corporation, I realised it was the perfect time to be brave. A cliché as it is, I wanted a new challenge, one where I could choose not just the projects I got involved in, but the teams I got to work with, and over the last six years I have had some great experiences with great people and I would not change a step on my path.

 

My ethos is simple, work hard to achieve the best I can for my clients, be that ensuring compliance and delivering NSIP DCO consultations, managing complicated communications around intricate commercial dealings or embedding an understanding of GDPR in public facing organisations.

 

Every project is different with different needs and drivers, and I like to think (so far anyway) I have an ability to slot into any team. I believe it is important in this ever changing stressful world, to work with understanding and support for colleagues
